By accessing the Site or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request our services.
By using this Site or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms in full. Clovis Sunrooms and Patios provides residential sunroom construction, installation, and remodeling services, including but not limited to sunroom additions, four-season sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen room installation, and related work, primarily in Clovis, CA and surrounding communities.
Services are performed under a separate written contract entered into with each customer. These Terms apply to your use of our Site and to your general engagement with our company. The written contract governs the specific scope, timeline, and price of any project.
All estimates provided by Clovis Sunrooms and Patios are free of charge and carry no obligation. An estimate is not a final quote or contract. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract after an on-site assessment of the project scope.
Prices in a written contract are fixed for the scope described in that contract. Changes to project scope requested by the customer after a contract is signed may result in additional charges, which will be documented in a written change order before any additional work begins.
Unforeseen site conditions discovered during construction - such as hidden structural damage, non-standard materials, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified during the initial assessment - may also affect the final cost. We will notify you promptly if such conditions arise and will not proceed with additional work without your written approval.
Project start dates are estimates subject to permitting timelines, weather, and material availability. We will communicate any significant scheduling changes as soon as they are known.
Cancellation terms are specified in the written contract for each project. In general, if you cancel a project after a contract is signed and materials have been ordered or work has begun, you may be responsible for costs already incurred, including materials purchased, permits filed, and labor performed up to the date of cancellation.
We reserve the right to reschedule or delay work due to unsafe weather conditions, permit delays outside our control, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payment schedules and accepted methods are outlined in each project contract. In general, we require a deposit at contract signing, milestone payments as specified in the contract, and a final payment upon project completion and your acceptance of the finished work.
Overdue payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the project contract.Clovis Sunrooms and Patios reserves the right to suspend work on a project if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
Clovis Sunrooms and Patios is responsible for obtaining required building permits for work performed under our contracts, unless otherwise specified in writing. You are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals before work begins. We will assist you in understanding what documentation your HOA typically requires, but HOA approval is your responsibility. Work on a project will not begin until all required permits are in hand.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials is limited to what is expressly stated in your project contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or events outside our control including but not limited to flooding, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clovis Sunrooms and Patios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
